  • Current plan: Not sure right now…looking at options for a run in July
  • Today’s session: 2-hour run
  • Comments: I did 13.42 @ a 10:08 pace for 2:16:01 total run time. Knee behaved pretty good. Carried two bottles today to stay hydrated…glad I did.
  • Weekly mileage: Running: 50.16 / Bicycling: 0
