Restaurant Art: Casa Azteca

June 25, 2011 — 2 Comments

One thing I’ve begun to notice while eating out is the different art hanging in restaurants.  So, I thought I would post some of the more interesting ones that I come across…

This piece is from a local Mexican restaurant – Casa Azteca.

Nothing says “welcome to our establishment” than this hanging in the waiting area:

(Untitled*)

All the same, the food here is excellent and their staff is superb!

    Dennis,

I saw a picture (actually 2 of them) similar to this in the nearby burrito place. Interesting.

HI! my friend the picture is of aztec mythology,it is the legend of Popocat petl and Iztacchuatl. Its a love story, the artist is Jesus Helguera. He has a whole bunch more very pretty and colorful. take care and may God bless you! Peace brother!
