- Current plan: Prep for Brazen Racing’s Western Pacific / bridge for half-marathon program
- Today’s session: 7 mile easy Run @ 9:19
- Comments: Nice run – I was a bit stiff on the first three miles. I did catch myself smiling at about mile 5 though! I did 7.52 @ 8:53.
