shhhh…don’t tell the SF 1st Half – it was supposed to be my first.


Training Journal – 4/28/I12:

  • Current plan: Half-marathon program: taper week
  • Today’s session: Pre-race rest and carb load day
  • Comments: It’s a pancakes, bagels, rice, bananas, raisins, Swedish Fish, & spaghetti kinda day…for tomorrow we RUN – BOOYAH!
