Training Journal – 4/27/I12:

  • Current plan: Half-marathon program
  • Today’s session: Taper week – 2 mile easy run
  • Comments: A wee bit cooler this morning!  I did 2.6 miles @ 8:40.  As indicated above: LET THE CARB LOADING BEGIN!
