Training Journal – 5/13/12:
- Current plan: Half-marathon program
- Today’s session: 8-Mile Long Run @ 9:19
- Comments: Nice run. Back to building a base from two half marathons in seven days and then a lighter week. I went ahead and did my 11 mile route (11.2 @ 9:08) and can tell I’ve been on a lighter training schedule for a while…legs are tight this afternoon. BUT: “I’ll be baaaack!”
