Training Journal – 5/18/12:

  • Current plan: Half-marathon program
  • Today’s session: 5 mi at race pace (8:22)
  • Comments: Doing a new thing on Fridays: run is at my goal race pace for the half, 8:22 (or better.) I did 5.25 @ 8:03.
