OK, not the only way…not even my usual way…but it was the way today (or at least part of today.)

- Today’s session: 5 mile easy run @ 8:37-9:37 pace
- Comments: Squeezed in 5.49 at 8:03 before the taxi came this morning…BOOYAH!
