- Current plan: Honolulu Marathon Training Plan
- Today’s session:
8 mile easy run @ 8:37-9:37 pace8 mile pace run @ 8:04-8:26 pace - Comments: I did 8.12 at 8:05. Honestly, per the plan, I did try to run a bit slower this AM…at least for the first mile. Splits were: 8:52, 8:20, 8:12, 8:10, 7:56, 7:56, 7:54, & 7:31. Hehehe!
