Rest5 mile recovery run - Comments: Today was a rest day on the plan, but I wanted to try doing a recovery run (9:35-10:18 pace.) I did 5.68 @ 9:10 (I tried to hit the 9:35 mark, but failed…)
- Weekly mileage: Running: 40.51 / Bicycling: 21.6
