Re my earlier Facebook status & tweet…Disney?  I know, I’m not the best whistler…

Training Journal – 9/8/13:

• Current plan: Foxy’s Fall Century Training Plan
• Today’s session: 60-mile ride
• Comments: I rode 65.4 miles @ 17.2 mph avg, for 3:48:33 & avg cadence of 84.  I had planned on doing hill repeats in Alum Rock Park, but it was closed because of fire danger today.  I made up the miles…and then some!
