Ferdi, OH MY!

Tonight’s dinner: The Ferdi Special at Mother’s Restaurant in NOLA.

THE CONTENTS: Mother’s best baked ham, roast beef, debris*, and gravy (plus slaw, mustard, pickles, & change.)

I went with the 2/3 version – no fries, just the Ferdi – and ate most of it.

Oh my, indeed.


(*Debris: the roast beef that falls into the gravy while baking in the oven)
