Training Journal – 2/10/12:
- Current plan: 10K Training
- Today’s session: 3 mile easy run @ 11:14
- Comments: Again, in the vein of sticking to what is on the “plan,” I only ran 3.2 this morning…@ 10:51 [doh!]. After yesterday’s speedwork, an easy 3 mile was probably wise. I guess those plans are thoughtfully developed!
