Smorgie Lunch and a Patience Test

Smorgie Lunch:

  • Pork fried rice
  • Strawberry-Banana Yogurt
  • Dark Chocolate & Nut Trail Mix bar
  • Green apple

It just sounded good & I think the food groups were covered…

Patience test:

Restrung the broken drawstring on my running pants. Went OK (whew)!

Training Journal – 2/25/12:

  • Current plan: 12K Training
  • Today’s session: Rest day.
  • Comments: Slept in and had our traditional, Saturday morning breakfast: McDonald’s pancakes & sausage platter. Funny, I shared with a friend this past week that this is a 12+ year tradition at our house.  Yummy!
