  • Today’s session: Rest
  • Comments: Pre-race day-of-rest and carbs – with some chores, errands, and a friend’s graduation dinner (at an Italian restaurant!) thrown in. Tomorrow: The Presidio 10 (10 Mile) in San Francisco.
