Training Journal – 5/4/12:

  • Current plan: Half-marathon program: taper week, part deux
  • Today’s session: pre-race rest day / still in the midst of the carb loading extravaganza / and laying out training plans through April 2013 (yeah, 2013)
  • Comments: Tomorrow: Brazen Racing’s Western Pacific Half Marathon
