Training Journal – 5/15/12:
- Current plan: Half-marathon program
- Today’s session: 5 mi Tempo Run @ 8:22
- Comments: Wasn’t sure about doing a tempo, but things went pretty well. I did 5.13 @ 8:09 overall. The tempo miles (2-4) were at: 7:54, 7:45, & 7:55. Also, today I concentrated on landing mid-foot – not sure how to validate that though.
