1.9 lbs of goodness – I guess a full two pounds would be too much goodness…


Training Journal – 5/30/12:

  • Current plan: Half-marathon program
  • Today’s session: 5 mi Tempo Run, core 3 @ 8:22
  • Comments: My leg is still a bit tender, but I did 5.25 @ 8:37 – with the core, tempo miles at 8:25, 8:16, & 8:04.
