Training Journal – 7/9/12:
- Current plan: Half-marathon program
- Today’s session: Bike ride
- Comments: Thought in my head this AM, “On my ‘cross’ Mondays, I should at least bike the distance I ran on my Sunday long run.” So I did, riding 15.2 miles at an avg of 13.2 mph (my long run was 14 miles.)
