Training Journal – 8/3/12:
- Current plan: Half-marathon program – Recovery Week
- Today’s session: 4-5 mile easy run
- Comments: I did 6.65 miles @ 8:30. After four days off from running (though two of those days I biked), it felt good to hit the road again. Foot is still slightly tender…hmmmm.
