This will be in front of me at least five days a week for the next 16 weeks…

I guess I could set it as my iPad wallpaper…

nah, that would just be obsessing.


Training Journal – 8/21/12:

  • Current plan: Honolulu Marathon Training Plan
  • Today’s session: 4 mile easy run @ 9:09
  • Comments: I did 4.5 @ an 8:08 pace.  I read this today…I probably need to slow down…  hard. very. hard.
