Call it the “post-vacation blues”, exhaustion, or whatever, I simply seem to be more tired from one week back in the office than six days of activity in Hawaii.
A return to the Islands might
be a prescribed remedy…
…and possibly a weekend!
Training Journal – 2/3/12:
- Current plan: 10K Training
- Today’s session: 6 Mile Easy Run @ 9:55
- Comments: Another day with the “pace abiding” goal: planned was 9:55, achieved was 9:16 (Oh well.) I did have negative splits and a sub-60 minute 10K! [I also discovered myself humming “smooth” at least five times during the run!]
