- Current plan: Half-marathon program – Recovery Week
- Today’s session: 10-mile run
- Comments: Decided to do something different this morning. I ran from the house, to Alum Rock Park, did the North & South Rim trail Loop, then back home. 11.6 miles @ 10:09 pace, 165′ to 1,191′ and back. BOOYAH!
