So that’s a picture of my wife from our trip to San Francisco last week. You’re probably asking why not use a picture of her facing the camera? Well…
This picture truly captures what makes me smile. Anyplace. Anytime.
Karen’s excitement and thrill at really anything we do together – and life in general – makes me smile. We have been to San Francisco many, many times (I proposed to her there); but, each time we go, it’s an adventure and something special…even if we do something we did the last time we were there. We could be doing absolutely nothing “special” by most people’s standards, but she would make it fun and memorable – and make me smile about it somehow.
We probably have a BUNCH of pictures of Alcatraz (along with the tons of just-served, Mickey Mouse waffle pictures from the Carnation Cafe at Disneyland); but, when I saw her taking that picture last week, it just captured how special she is to me…and how much she makes me smile!
