Training Journal – 8/2/13:
- Current plan: Mix of running and cycling
- Today’s session: Rest day & day two of carb loading for a half marathon on Saturday.
- Comments: Carb-o-rama today: oatmeal, raisins, craisins, bananas, bagels, steamed rice, spaghetti, bread sticks, aaaaand a venti mocha frappuccino. I will partake of aforementioned PB treats tomorrow!
