Some new equipment …
The Stick – I looked at this for a while and finally picked one up a Sports Basement the other day. It actually works!
The Ball – Due North® Foot Rubz™ Massage Ball. I’ve had some mild discomfort on the bottom of my foot and have used a golf ball for a while. I stumbled on this and actually like it better.

Some new shoes: Saucony Kinvara 3. Today was my first run in them. I’ll write about them in a bit, but initial reaction was great. I guess you don’t know how “mature” your running shoes are until you try on a new pair…

I worked a few projects this weekend, the more visual of which was hanging some new lights on the patio. Nice ambiance!
I didn’t figure cleaning the dryer exhaust was photo-worthy…
